Blink-182
An american band formed in 1992. I knew them since 2008 when a old friends show me some songs and was a love to first listened. They play punk rock in their start, and actually, with changes in the members –love and hate stories-, they play alternative rock.
The band have 9 LP and some EP, live albums, greatest hits and others. In my opinion, the best of all those are "Take off your pants and jacket" of 2001, because i think that they found their style and maduration for the success, all the songs are very potent, the bass is deep and envelope, the guitar very armonic and noiser at the same time and the drums have and exquisite sound, a masterpecie sincerelly.
My favorite song, it's hard to decide, if i could choose, I would choose one of each album, but i must be consecuent, i love "roller coaster" from the album before mentioned. Mention too for "Violence" from homonym album.

I don't know them and I'm not really interested in listening them for now, but you really put your heart describing them, makes them actually look a little interesting, maybe some day I'll listen to them.
